I thought it was much better from both a service and appearance perspective than many of the other reviewers here. I found everyone there to be pleasant and helpful.
My only "complaint" would be that some of the items on the salad bar were almost empty and in need of refill.
I was able to substitute a vegetable for fries without a problem and my coupon was readily accepted.
