A busy line, four cashiers and only two people packing up food and sending it out to the masses of waiting people… inefficient? Yes. The pickup spot – crowd blocks the drink area. Overall a poor counter design.
At least the food is consistent with a Burger King, even if the service isn't.
And I arrived 2 minutes after 7pm – they refused to serve anyone else at that point. Really – turning away business? This is probably a well-profitable area, but really… they could make more for their franchise owner. Sad, we ended up at McDonald's.
