The food I feel needed a bit more flavor. The rice and beans were good. But the chicken and platanos had no flavor and was a bit dry.
My friend ate the tilapia and fritos and wasn't Inpressed either. Maybe it was a bad day for the restaurant idk.
Steak with red sauce an onions with rice and beans for $8. Small quaint, indoor seating, clean, obviously a family owned restaurant, very good food. This is now my regular stop when passing through Mcginley square.
