I got takeout here. Got the half chicken with sweet and spicy chicken. The Chicken was cooked in olive oil which I'm not used to but it was really over sauced.
BBQ Chicken is a chain. It's surprising how much variation there is between locations. This Old Tappan location opened a few months ago. I'm a fan. I usually get their crispy chicken sandwich platter, which is a great deal at only $8 (comes with waffle fries and a can of soda). I've ordered from here several times and it's always the same. The chicken taste fresh and crispy.
In this area, there aren't too many dining options — I would recommend BBQ Chicken if you're looking for something good, simple, and cheap. Be sure to call ahead as it can take 15-20 minutes for your order to be ready.
