  1. I have recieved poorly made pizza multiple  times.  Either incorrect order or very minimal toppings.  Customer care responded to my negative review but never once offered to fix or provide a courtesy pizza. STAY AWAY!

  2. We ordered pizza, for delivery, on Saturday night and got about what we expected.

    Decor: n/a (it was delivery)
    Bathroom: n/a

Staff: We always call and they are quick and accurate with our order.

Food: It's Domino's, so you know what you're getting into. However, I will say that I actually prefer this pizza to other places that Hoboken has to offer. I mean, the other places are decent but not great. When you work a few blocks from the BEST in NYC (Little Italy Pizza in Midtown) it is hard to compete.

Value: A bit pricey for what you get, but it's what you expect.

While it is Domino's, and not the best quality, I am always stuff (after I eat a whole pizza for myself) and we really have never been disappointed. We will continue to order pizza from here until Hoboken can get its act together and make a decent pie.

  3. Let me preface this review by saying that I was born and raised a pizza snob. If my Mom knew I was eating Domino's, let alone had good things to say about it, I'm afraid she might disown me! I originally ordered from here one night for my boyfriend and his guy friends. I was a little curious, especially with the recent company overhaul (what can I say, I love a good marketing program). I was pleasantly surprised! It's definitely fast food pizza, but far better than anything similar I've ever tried. I even tried the wings and really liked the mango habanero sauce.  I did find it funny that someone else on here mentioned the missing icing with the cinnastix, ours was missing too!

  4. There are some days where you are just too lazy to cook and just want decent, affordable but better than frozen pizza pizza, and I always look to Domino's for that in those times. I have to give this particular Domino's location a positive rating though because for every time I have ordered for delivery from them, they have been extremely timely and fast, and they never mess up my orders. I ordered Domino's for Superbowl, an extremely busy time of the year for pizza orders, but they got here within half an hour after placing the order. The last order they take is at 1AM, but one time, I literally submitted an order for delivery online at 12:57AM. The order still went through, and my food arrived within 30 minutes. The service is fast, the pizza is cheap, and they always have some special coupon deal to use. The food is always consistent. Yes, it's commercialized pizza, so there's no point in comparing this to the gourmet pizza in the neighborhood, but Domino's does the job. If you're extra hungry, order a side of jalapeno cheesy bread because that stuff is amazing. The fact you can order online now is a huge plus since they have the tracker to monitor the status of your order.

  5. Worst place ever. We ordered 2 days in advance for superbowl and they lied to us repeatedly. After more than 3.5 hours we finally gave up. I will never order from this place ever again!

  6. So this is a 4 star review of a fast food/pizza place chain.  Amongst its competitors, Domino's has stepped up to the plate and beyond.  Their new garlic crust and tastier sauce are both great and their new special rocks.   Medium 2 topping pizza or 8 piece chicken wings for $5.99 each (minimum of 2 items).

Their boneless chicken wings, while not crispy, are pure all white chicken breast and they have tasty dipping sauces.

Their delivery is quick and their delivery guys are friendly.

Again this review is based on their pizza vs their competitors, not your neighborhood Italian pizzeria.

  7. After 8 years of living in Hoboken and being a pizza snob, I ordered Dominos.  Twice.  In four days.  It's awesome.  Yes, I said it.  Before you pass me off as someone who frequents NASCAR races and thinks cruise ship buffets are the epitome of luxury, allow me to explain.

First of all, by ordering from Dominos, I get visibility that is absolutely not found elsewhere in Hoboken.  You will all agree, that by ordering from Grimaldi's, Johnny Peps, Margaritas, Napolis, etc, you are kinda crossing your fingers a bit, saying "I know I have such a good time when I go there, but sometimes it takes 30 min for delivery, sometimes 75 min"  Sometimes it's cold, blah blah blah.  Dominos, has been immortalized in 1990, when Michelangelo uttered the phrase, "Pizza Dude's got thirty seconds"  Ordering from Dominos, you literally get a pizza tracker that puts Fedex to shame.  I can see the name of the person who is preparing my meal, and which step in the process it's in (eg preparation, baking, etc) and what time the pizza is sent for delivery.  Even before ordering, you get an accurate window (22-35) min, unlike seamless web times which are generic and not even close to being accurate.

I like knowing what I am getting.  Now, of course, I know it may not have the same quality as the other places, I go light on the sauce (cuz it's not that good), but the pan pizza is just good for what it is..and fun.  makes me happy.

Before you ask, I'm not a spokesman for Dominos
Breadsticks are kind of legendary – the ordering process online is fun, and it's cheap.

Downside is the $1.25 delivery fee (but not bad considering some of the places in Hobs that charge $2 or $3).

  8. Ok so everyone can agree that Hoboken offers much better tasting pizza options.  That being said $6 for a medium pie at Domino's is MUCH nicer on my wallet.  The new garlic crust is actually really tasty too.

Most of the time I've had no delivery issues and their website is very easy to use.  However they have decided on random occasions to ignore the 5-5-5 deal on the phone.  Kinda bullshit if you ask me.  Additionally on parade day the just ignored some orders completely.

Just stick to the website and avoid heavy traffic days.  Your wallet will thank you.
