I agree with a previous review. The staff is very blatantly rude. I've always only seen mostly youth behind the counter who couldn't care any less about providing customer service or your order accurately. They move extremely slow, no matter how crowded it is. The don't give realistic times if you ask how long something is going to take. By the time you go through all of that it's so easy to just be over it and want to walk out. I wish this location had a drive-thru. The food is always good, it's popeyes. But the staff is horrible with bad attitudes and bad service! It's sad to see those same comments in reviews from years prior because that means NOTHING has changed and no one in authority or management has help their employees to a higher or better standard.
