I'm on a quest for Hunan items in an attempt to replicate spicy items I enjoyed about 22 years ago (not sure where.) So at Empire I tried the Hunan shrimp combo. The shrimp were large and the vegetables were decent, although the brown sauce could have been spicier. I didn't ask for pork fried rice and got plain fried rice which didn't have much going on.
