  1. In my opinion, Randy's is some of the best Chinese food  in the area.  You can't ever go wrong with their family value dinners. You get such a huge amonut of food for the value! The delivery has always been timely whenever I've ordered. Even on a Saturday evening.  What I really love about them is that nothing is ever greasy. From the egg rolls to the big chicken wings (which are stupendous by the way).  Food came hot and was very fresh.  Delivery guy is super friendly.  From the General Tso's chicken to the house lo mein to the boneless spare ribs, it was all so good.  Do you and your wallet a favor and give them a try.

  2. I've ordered from here quite a few more times after my first review and the food is consistently good. I get general tso's bean curd instead of chicken now and it's delicious and the portion is great. They could afford to give a little more rice for a large portion of bean curd that they provide but luckily I always have rice in the house to cook so it's not TOO much of a problem. The delivery men are always polite and friendly and I will surely be ordering here again.

  3. Got a new menu for this place and gave it a shot and was very happy with the food.  We got one of the 2 people specials and for the price we got a lot of food. Had chicken and broccoli which is like my test for Chinese places and they passed it well. Nice brown sauce, good sized pieces of chicken and well cooked broccoli. The house special fried rice was the star, its on Chinatown level with lots of shrimp in it. Delicious. Very good fried wontons as well and an average egg roll.
The delivery guy was so nice, I tipped him 5 bucks and you wouldve thought I gave him the winning powerball numbers!  Been craving them and def will order again this weekend.  Only reason they didnt get 5 stars was the special came with 2 sodas and I dont like carbonated drinks and the lady told me they had Nestea in a can and they gave me Sprite.

  4. Yay Randy! Finally, an escape from the mediocre chinese food options in Bushwick.

The service is very quick and they are super nice, the food quality is decent, none of the food is overly greasy and the prices are standard. You can order online as well and they have various specials, coupons etc.

  5. A Randy's menu was on an episode of Broad City – To be exact, it was on Abbi's fridge if you are familiar with the show. A vegan friend of mine posted a screenshot of this on her Facebook page and praised Randy's for having awesome veggie-friendly options. She described the general tsos tofu as, "amazing" and I have to disagree. I really didn't find it to be any better than your average Chinese spot however late-night delivery is quite quick! That's a plus.

I'll stick with Coco Lin for veggie Chinese take-away. Sure, it's expensive but Randy's didn't impress me at all. I probably wouldn't order again.

  6. I love Randy's Chinese, no matter what time, no matter the holiday, no matter when, Randy's is dependable standard good American Chinese food without the MSG  but with plenty of flavor, cheap prices and solid customer service rather your walking in or calling in for delivery!

Where they consistently fail at and hence why I refuse to give them the 5 stars is no matter what they never get the sauces right, you can be as specific as you want, you can reiterate at minimum 4 or 5 times please include hot mustard and duck sauce and you will almost always never get the Hot Mustard!

But… The food is tasty and solid for American Chinese style and the portion servings to prices is just right.

Delivery service is excellent, walk in service isn't pretty, but if your lazy, hungry and a few dollars to spare your in luck and guess what no major complaints with the exception of my missing sauces !

I also want to note that there is a Chinese American restaurant on almost every corner here in Ridgewood and out of all the ones I've tried over the last few years Randys is the best thus far if only get they could the sauces right.
