Just tried their cake at Brooklyn Flea and pretty much tried all their flavors. Ever since Ample Hills ice cream, I discovered ooey gooey cake and it became my favorite flavor because of the cake. I had to try Gooey and Co's cake. They were bite sized pieces 3 for $5. They were so moist and gooey, my mouth is watering thinking of them. ALL the flavors were good, but I thought their butter cake was the best. I would probably get their carrot and chocolate too next time.
Mmmm these gooey cakes are yum! They're bite-sized squares of gooey deliciousness! I tried the original butter (my favorite!), the chocolate, and the carrot. They have a nice crisp outer layer and a super gooey center with all the flavors melted together. Did I mention yum?
Wow, I'd been wanting to try Ooey Gooey Cake for years, but didn't necessarily want to travel all the way to St. Louis to try it. When I saw this spot at Smorgaburg, I was very excited. After trying the actual cakes, I did not leave disappointed – they are moist, rich and buttery. I tried their "flight" of ooey gooey cakes and had their traditional, chocolate and banana and everything tasted great.

These unique desserts are worth a try!
