Due to the hot weather, i decided i would do take out from the truck for a quick easy dinner.
I ordered 6 carnitas tacos and 1 chicharron quesadilla.
The tacos as always were very tasty but i do suggest that eating tacos is best done when they are served and eaten right away. My order had to travel 20 minutes, so that worked against me. The chicharron quesadiila was well packed with crunchy chucks of chicharron, cheese, peppers and the chicharron was well seasoned. It had soThe shell of the quesadilla was nice and warm. As usual they provided me with the tomatillo sauce and the hot red sauce. I will saybthis much, the red hot sauce was so hot that my lip was numb so dont under estimate the amount of heat it packs.
Overall the food was great but i would stick to eating it fresh instead of taking it home, since the taco shells tend to absorb the moisture from the proteins.
