Great diner.
I work a block up from this place and we usually order breakfast and lunch from this place. I love all their breakfasts and I'm a big fan of the New York Wrap with turkey (and a salad instead of the fries!!)
The waitresses make this place so much more enjoyable. They are all awesome ladies and we enjoy going to pick up our food and getting in a few minutes of conversation with whoever is on shift.
One star off because they close around 5pm — which is pretty early since most diners are 24/7… But they're always insanely busy when they are open so I can't blame them for wanting to take a break…. but I would have loved to come here for late night munchies!
Typical lunch spot.
The place is small and was packed when I decided on lunch around 12pm. Of course, that's a good thing.
I sat in the back and put the menu by the edge of the table to show I was ready to order. Apparently, no one saw that. I waited a good 10 minutes while one waitress had a customer adjust what it looked like a heart monitor she had attached to her waist(?!) while the other one just waited on tables.
Anyway, the food was good. Bacon nice and crispy.
It's a spot I won't be going out of my way to go to again.
Oh well.
