The Kalbi sandwich was delicious! Beef short rib with cabbage and onions. I added the ginger sesame dressing for a little sweetness and the mayo with barbecue sauce in it. The meat came off the grill piping hot into a warm, fresh, soft roll. I'm not sure why there was no line because the food was really, really good. Ahhh…just thinking about it gets my taste buds going. Definitely check this place out if you're near Rockefeller Center during the lunch hour.
Friendliest food cart I have ever been to! There was a man and a woman working there. They treated me so well – all smiles and bows.
Tried it for the first time and got the basic spicy chicken. It was definitely tasty and well priced at $6.
I was very much hoping that it was not just some griddled chicken over a lump of rice with sauce drizzled over top. I was not disappointed. Quite tasty and well cooked and seasoned meat over flavorful rice. Well done. I'd go back to try other things there.
Smells really good, big portions, quality is mediocre.
I ordered the bulgogi platter. It came with rice, bulgogi, a small salad, and 5 dumplings. It also came with a bowl of soup thing, with some square thing that looked like a chunk of tofu.
Overall, I just didn't think any one thing tasted awesome, although the bulgogi was pretty good. The dumplings and soup were not that great. Maybe go for the bulgogi sandwich instead?
