  1. Having never sampled Dumpling King, I recently gave it a shot for delivery. I'm still alive, so that's a good sign. But I did almost die of starvation before my order arrived.

    Two orders of dumplings (10 each, at $5.50 an order — good deal!) and one order of orange chicken should not take 45 minutes to prepare and deliver. But it did.

    Was it worth it?

    Well, the orange chicken was probably the best of the three items I ordered. Perhaps they should change the name of the restaurant to "Orange Chicken King," though it doesn't have the same ring to it. The dumplings were satisfactory. The steamed pork ones were better than the fried beef ones.

    In a pinch, the King will come through for you, but don't expect the royal treatment. (See what I did there?)
