  1. I haven't been in here in about 2 years, because I no longer work in the area. But when I did work in the area, this was my go to spot….not for bagels (which are tasty) but for a vanilla chai tea latte. It was this store that introduced me to that delicious drink. I've been able to find it at other chains like Dunkin' Donuts but I still think about the way they made it. They also have some pastries and other items for sale, but I mainly came here for the tea. Maybe next time, I'm in the area (at B&N) I'll stop in and order a drink.

Bonus: Open early mornings! Up to date with payment technology. (Or they were when I was a patron.)

  2. Zucker's is King of the Bagel & Lox game in NYC.

The Zucker's traditional is a go to- everything bagel, cream cheese, lox, tomato, onion, capers.

There's a wide assortment of cream cheeses to choose from. On the weekends come after 12 to avoid the craziness.

  3. Good NY bagel.   Had the tuna, which was decent (had better in FL where I live), my girls had the bagel and lox (great) and the egg salad.    Can't go wrong, good stuff.

  4. Had the everything bagel with the Nova Scotia spread, and I really enjoyed it. This was my first NYC bagel and I have to say i was indeed impressed. When in the city again, we'll be back.

  5. I ordered a large oatmeal with strawberries and blueberries, oatmeal is quite boring so the added fruit does compliment it's dullness and no taste. The berries however is huge, lol have to finish them first before getting to the oatmeal. I wasn't partially a fan of the cafe au lait. Translated it means coffee with milk which is what I was expecting but it seemed to be like a cappuccino. Last but not the least, the turkey with 3 egg omelette on a wheat with everything flatz…highly disappointed. The turkey was dry and I suspected they used 2 eggs instead of 3 hmm. Well that was my breakfast experience

  6. Had a delicious bagel and cream cheese here for breakfast. It came with amazing cole slaw and a pickle. I am tempted to order another one as i write this! They have a large selection of smoked fish and other deli items. I am glad i now live in CA because i would be in here every day otherwise! The staff are fast and friendly too. Highly recommend.

  7. Wasn't impressed much at all. Bagel didn't even taste boiled first. Was too doughy, not much flavor and definitely over cream cheesed. Only if you're in a pinch and don't really care too much, but nothing special for sure.

  8. I don't know how this place doesn't have better review. One of the absolute best places in the city for bagels and lox.
I got a cinnamon raisin bagel with scallion cream cheese and the wild Atlantic salmon  and it was freakking AMAZING

I highly highly recommend this place. It is my new go to for bagels and lox which is a BIG deal. Can't wait to go back for more!!!
