This was a great find. Service is great and they are very helpful about answering any questions you may have. Food was great as well, we had a couple flavors of the boneless wings and the black bean burger. The hookah was definitely the highlight though!! The masala chai hookah was smooth and tasted exactly like masala chai. Definitely coming back to try some more food and hookah in the near future.
Really nice vibe and you can play board games which is really cool. Nice staff. We got wings and they weren't that great though.
The two stars given to this establishment is because they do still have amazing hookah as I mentioned in my last review. The food is great and so is the music.
However, the service here sucks!! Ignited stood out to me because not only was I able to find great quality hookah and good food here, but also because I was able to walk in here and form a relationship with the servers, it almost felt like home. Well all that has changed ever since my favorite servers no longer work here (Zeeshan, Hamdi and Ali).
For the past two times that I've gone here, I've been treated with disrespect. My friend and I were told to move because the managers "friends" liked to sit in the spot we were in. Mind you, the tables we were sitting on were not reserved yet we were still pressured to move. During my last visit, one of the servers rudely asked my group of 11 people to sit on one table. 11 people on ONE GOD DAMN TABLE. You've got to be kidding me.
Service makes or breaks an establishment, and this lounge has gone down the drain for me.
As a loyal customer who raved about this place recommend you not to come here, as I will never step foot in this establishment ever again.
Update: Ok soooo just got back from Ignited and my rating stands as 5 stars. Had the Hawaiian burger, cheeseburger and boneless wings along with a jolly ranchers hookah. Food was on point as well the smoke blower (hookah).
Last time I went I had some cons which didn't seem to be there today. The server had on a tshirt with the company logo and could easily be identified and the music wasn't loud. It was definitely a good experience. The hookah was damn good. Blowing good smoke and coals were tended to in a timely fashion. This is definitely going to be the new hot spot on Steinway if they keep up with these standards and stay consistent with the food!

If I was giving a review solely based on service this place would get 5 stars from me. They make you feel like royalty– super attentive and they go the extra mile at all times with all customers and I love that.
They lose a star because I just prefer hookah lounges that have full bars or serve some form of an alcoholic beverage. Also, we ordered the wings and they looked better than they tasted. Edible but just wayyyyy too much sauce on them and some of the pieces of tenders I got were a little too hard for my liking.
There is a live DJ and the vibe in here is really cool. A lot of Indian people were there last night and the DJ kept playing Indian music as well as reggaeton and they were killing the dance floor. It was so much fun to watch. I swear that Bollywood type of dancing makes me so happy lol I was so tempted to jump up and start shaking my shoulder and stomping my feet.
I wouldn't rule this place out. It's very nice. The hookah is reallllllly good. We got a jolly rancher flavor and they guys must've came around a minimum of 8 times in the 1-2 hours we were there changing our coals and it was just excellent service. I would come back with a group of friends and probably just get a few drinks before we come here. They have a bunch of flat screens on every inch of wall so you could even come here to chill and watch a game.
Came to the hookah bar when I was with a group of friends as they wanted to find a solid hookah spot in the area. The waiters had great service and even let me vape inside as I haven't done hookah since college.
They played top40 for music and most of the crowd seemed like younger regulars. And my only regret is not trying out the food.
TIP: No alcoholic beverages and after trying out their hookah it seemed subpar to what I used to have.
I have no PHD in Hookah but am pretty darn close to knowing what sucks, what is good, and what is out of this world… Having been to countless Hookah places worldwide, truly this place just took it to another level. A good friend who knows apparently the best spots for randomness, swore by this place and how the owners mix their own concoctions of flavors that not only stand out but simply are so unique and amazing, its a sin not to visit this place.
From the typical standard flavors found anywhere, this place truly takes it up a notch with flavors like jolly ranchers, gummy bears, fruity pebbles, masala cooled to mango mirchi and beyond. For the South Asian world, over 5 varieties of House PAN blends… I truly had to pinch myself to make sure I was awake…
With a group of 4, we chose the mango mirchi and Masala Chai (a house secret, perhaps???)…. i could sit here and describe the awesomeness that one experiences here, but realistically it doesn't do justice. After being there for over an hour, there was no strong or harsh aftertaste….
This place besides having the best Hookah anywhere, has an amazing menu of foods that will make you hungry even after a full course dinner meal. As soon as I saw the menu, one food item literally grabbed me and yearned for me to order it.. THE SPICY HAWAIIAN Burger… A fresh ground beef patty with bacon, pineapple, jalapeños and other goodies, damn…. I eat and constantly look for the best burgers everywhere and this was one amazing burger that lived up to the hype. For the people that only eat halal, this burger is it…! The roof afza (a local south asian must-have drink) milkshake was above average. I do wish the burger came with fries, otherwise for the money, the size was fine….
Amazing customer service, friendly, prompt and attentive. I think i truly fell in love with this place….!
First thing I noticed when I walked in, the attention to detail. This restaurant is visually gorgeous. I mean to say it is aesthetically a photographer's dream, I realized the owner put in some serious time and effort on the design & layout of the venue and it shows. A+. I already knew I can take Bae or friends here.
Next thing I noticed, impeccable service. The person at the front counter immediately made me feel at home and I was seated in no time.
Next thing I noticed, food. was. Excellent. The bbq wings, cheese fries, rice & chicken kabobs, and the chicken fingers made me swoon, the food comes out with immaculate presentation, you feel like youre eating at an upscale restaurant and not in Queens.
I will update when I come back and try the burgers, which I heard are to die for as well, whoever the chef is in the back, is cooking gold. Do yourself a favor and order the bbq wings, chicken fingers, cheese fries, and rice with kabobs, you can thank me later. Or just thank me now. Actually, yea, thank me now.
No one offers the same quality on Steinway right now, this place is a gem for foodies. So if you want great food, want to chill, take your girl out, stop by here, I know I'll be back.
