I passed by this restaurant a couple of times on my way to work, but haven't really checked it out until recently. I wasn't too impressed.
There's not much decor at this small restaurant and there's limited seating. The best bet is to just do take-out. I ordered a falafel hot plate wit lettuce, tomato, and fries. Food is a little expensive.
The falafel has a triangular shape, very different from falafel balls we're all so used to. I didn't really like the falafels, almost felt inedible and felt so dry. Lettuce and tomato o was tossed in Balsamic Vinaigrette – wasn't too thrilled and fries felt soggy. I don't feel I've got what I paid for.
I don't think I'll be returning here for lunch any time soon.
What are you people smoking? Can I have some?
Just kidding. I only use intravenous drugs.
But some sort of mind-altering substance is probably necessary in order to enjoy the falafel here. The gyro I got was slightly better, and I will admit that they STUFF the sandwiches, especially for only around $6, but I've just had much, much better gyros. Or doner kebabs. Or whatever you call them.
