NUTS 4 NUTS
“It's true that some of the best things are in the smallest packages because it's true about these cashews.”
“I loved the almonds though and actually had to try and not finish the whole bag in one sitting.”
“The smell of the sweet, semi toasted nuts in the air were hard to resist not buying everytime I walked by one.”

After a day of relentless running around the wholesale fashion shops on Broadway and sightseeing while hopping off and on the 1 & 2, a girl needs to refuel! What's that lovely smell wafting through the air? It can't really be funnel cake in the middle of the city… can it? It smells so sweet. It must be funnel cake.
Starving…. funnel cake, but no cake shop in sight…. sigh. Excuse me, Mr. Brother Man, I really have to brush past you & your crew with your posters, signs, & megaphones yelling about "the man", cause I'm really hungry and I have to find the source of this sweet, sweet scent. I just know… I just … wait a minute.
This cart in the middle of the pavement smells good. Not a person in line. Hmmm… nuts. That'll do, but… wait…. okay. Now I know. Toasted coconut. That's it! That is where my olfactory trail was leading… I mean, it's ingenious! Who would've guessed? Freakin' nuts & coconut. The best combination… ever! I love being able to act like a country girl in the big city. This was the gastronomical highlight of my trip! Seriously, can we get these in D.C.?
Yummm the almonds are DELICIOUS!! Not a fan of the cashews though.
Simple concept, can't give much of a full review as the different places have different qualities/prices,.gets to 3 bucks but can be as low as 2. Coconut is usually good but soggy in some places, almonds are usually good regardless, cashews are usually good. Mix bag is well a mix. I'll give it a 3.4, there have been too many bad nuts.
MMm, nothing beats the titillating aroma of some good ol' New York Hot Street Nuts™
When I visit back home, people don't seem to understand my affinity for this stuff. Granted, I usually exercise extreme willpower and resist, but on the rare occasion I give in to temptation, it's always worth it. Sweet, sticky, and kind of a hot mess, what's not to love?
PRO TIP: Just get a big ol' mixture of nut types – it's more fun when you're not sure what's gonna land in your mouth (bazinga!)
This place cannot be duplicated anywhere else. You have to get the in NYC, otherwise they are quite a disappointment. Crunchy, warm and sweet. Anytime we visit NYC this is where we get out street nuts!
My absolute favorite in the city. You can get fresh honey roasted nuts at this cart at great prices. I wish that I could bundle up many more bags and just have them at my disposable.
Empire State Building…yeah.
Central Park…I see you.
Nuts 4 Nuts…NOW WE'RE IN NYC, PEOPLE.
Every time we visit this amazing metropolis, gotta go to Nuts 4 Nuts' carts and get their fantastic toasted coconut chunks. Nothing like walking around the city with a fresh hot bag of heartwarming goodness.
Nobody does it better.
I see the N4N cart and scream out, "NUTS 4 NUTS!!!" before diving right in!
Two Words: I'm Nuts
I'm nuts because I paid 4 dollars for a few nuts. They are quite skimpy in their portion sizes. I definitely got ripped off. If I had a child, and my child asked me to buy them this, then they would start crying once they saw the portions. Less than handful of nuts for 4 bucks. Holy crap, I am still laughing at the poor portions.
I might as well go to a liquor store and buy some honey roasted almonds. I would get more and probably just as tasty.
