  1. Ehhhhh…nothing more or less then  2 stars for Mr. Q's.

For some reason I remember the food being a lot better a few years ago. I'm not sure if management has changed or the place was sold, but now its kind of blah.

I ordered Shrimp Tempura and a Boston Roll and for some reason the rolls did not taste fresh. They also tasted synthetic.

I wasn't satisfied at all with my lunch. Maybe that's why at the height of lunch hour, I was the only one in the restaurant.

  2. Came with a group of 8 for lunch. Overall, location and decor (especially those chairs) are a bit iffy and you'll have to park in the lot across the street but food was excellent. This place also has sushi!! I got the spicy yellowtail roll that came with a beautiful soy sauce butterfly. Sesame seeds sprinkled on top were on point and the sashimi seemed pretty fresh and sushi carefully rolled.

I heard they do quality takeout as well. Overall: great price, great food, meh location/decor.

  3. Customer service is great.  My mom's raved about this place so we tried it out as a whole family.  Food's good.  Nothing that could make me say "Oh my goodness! Oh my goodness" (in my Man v Food voice). Parking's on the street (metered)

  4. Ummm, I've never been crazy about this place but all my college-mates swore by it. I went to Fordham University (about a 10-15 drive from here) and we would always order from here. I liked their sesame chicken and that's about it. I'm usually a shrimp and broc girl but I didn't like it at all from here. We loved that they would deliver to our campus (even though it took about 75 minutes).

As for the actual restaurant, I came to eat here once with friends. The service was good and the food was better than when delivered.

Would I run to this place? No. Would I come here if my friends were feigning? Yea, sure.

  5. My friend swears that this is the best Chinese restaurant but I wasn't not that great of a fan. The food was decent. We came on a night that wasn't too crowded however they kept saying that they didn't have anything. First they didn't have Ginger Ale so one of the people in our group ordered a Coke. Later when I tried to order a Coke they didn't have it but said they had Ginger Ale. How confusing?! Haha, they made an excuse about how the ginger ale wasn't cold at the time, yet they serve the soda with a cup of ice. It was more amusing than it was frustrating though.

The service was pretty prompt, food definitely tastes like your general American-Chinese restaurant.

  6. Will update this up a star, rename this a Japanese place and I'll give it 3 stars even. Very good/large sized Eel Don. Well plated as well.

    Surprised 😮
