This isn't quite 4 star Chinese food, but it's some of the better and cheaper food surrounding Queens College, which merits a 4 star review on its own. For $5 from 11a-3p (or something like that), one can procure a giant amount of food. They basically fill one of those large styrofoam containers with pork (or egg, if you ask) fried rice and your choice of lunch menu entree and give it to you for a Lincoln. And if you're not going during the lunch special, it's still pretty cheap for a metric ton of food. Enjoy the food coma while you're in class!
PS, cash only & a $10 delivery minimum (or perhaps it's $8?)
This spot is your average Chinese takeout place. I usually come when I'm craving mapo tofu over rice or sesame chicken. The portions are a little smaller than regular Chinese takeout places, but the prices here and quality of food are much better than on campus, so I can't complain! It does get a little crowded during lunch time and is sort of hard to find a seat.
