So this is where you should go for Chinese take-out if you are in the Downtown Newark area. Good Tasty Too is across the street from City Hall. During the work week, it gets a lot of business from people who work in the area during office hours, but is also open later in the evening and over the weekend for local residents. There are tables inside the restaurant, where you could probably seat up to 10 or so people. There are a few TVs inside, as well.
Everything I've ordered here has been really good. Here are some of my repeat orders:

– Shrimp with Lobster Sauce

Delivery is super fast, too, if you are in their delivery range. Note: CASH ONLY!
Tasty and very fast delivery but it is a cash only restaurant so make sure you're prepared! The food is fresh and they give you generous portions. It is on the pricey side for Chinese food but the quality is there.
