Working in the area, I found this spot.. Seems newly opened, and it looked very clean inside, so decided to give them a shot. Kung Po Chicken, but asked to substitute cashews for traditional peanuts spread over the top. "No problem".. Well, the food was tasty, fresh, hot, lots of chicken, BUT.. the food I received wasn't anything like any other Kung Po chicken I've ever ordered.. Kung Po Chicken is a pretty standard fare American Chinese food dish.. The chicken and vegetables I received seemed like they were prepped for a chow mein, and the food had no spicy flavor.. So I cannot give him praise based off this.. The quality is here, but they need to get on board per se on what people expect when specific dishes are ordered.
