I guess you can't expect great service from a sit down Chinese restaurant unless it's a P.F. Chang's type place.
Lunch special was affordable but don't expect mounds of food. It's probably what a normal serving *should* look like but since we've become accustomed to monstrous plates of food, this will be a disappointment…especially if you're really hungry.
Service wasn't really that great. They had some old Chinese guy running around refilling water, running food and bringing out those chips that you just can't stop eating. I got up to ask where the ladies' room was and he just grunted and pointed toward the back. I don't think he spoke English but even still, he wasn't very friendly. The lady who took our order was also very curt. They're not much for small talk here.
Aside from the portion size, the food was pretty good. I'd just recommend you order out instead of dining in.
Very ordinary Chinese take-out joint; limited lunch buffet; decent service; cheap. Order from the lunch menu instead – for $6.00 or so you get a good meal, much better than the buffet. I go there often so it ain't too bad.
