Hunan Royal is take-out and delivery only. It's my go-to place for Chinese food. It's been there for years, and they do a fantastic job. Enormous menu, like many similar family-run Chinese storefronts. The crab rangoons are addictive like crack. The pork fried rice is spot-on. Their fried items are always fried properly, never soggy or burnt. Excellent quality at reasonable prices.
As far as Chinese food delivery goes this place is tops!! The food is well prepared and the fried rice is also done well with vegetables. The staff is super friendly and the delivery people are great and follow direction well. I have a dog and like delivery people to call rather than knock so my dog doesn't go wild. Most people forget but these guys get it right every time. I have tried all the delivery places in the general area and this place is far better tasting than all their competition in this area. There are two other delivery places closer to my house but they take even longer to get here and their food is not comparable. I would recommend this place to anyone that loves their Chinese takeout.
One time I stepped out to get my food delivery and accidentally locked myself out of my apartment! (Dumb). The delivery guy dropped me off down the street to get my spare key. What an awesome delivery person.
Best Chinese take out in Norwood. They have a discount card for regular customers which is a nice touch. If only they had a nice sit down area, we'd be there each year at Christmas for dinner before the movies to celebrate with the other neighborhood Jewish families.
