not sure what S.k. stands for, but this place supah kool in my book.
clean deli grocery on the Avenue, so it's going to be a bit up-priced bc it's got high-foot traffic and a gentrifier audience. so what do you expect low-low prices? brightly lit. tons of merch variety for candy, chips, etc.
it's a deli-market packed to the brim with foodstuffs — doesn't really stock the non-food items that normal bodegas do…bc this spot is really a market for your on-the-go shopping, morning breakfast buys, lazy lunch options, and impulse snack buys.
they have a nice selection of fresh fruit outside the entrance. i often pick up a some fresh piece of nature's candy before the gym as my sugar or potassium boost. also they have the most extensive selection of vitamin water that i've seen in awhile (i am sucker for those faux healthy draaanks", but they also stock plenty of the sugary liquids for you hubba-tubbas!
the deli biz seems to be hopping bc there is always someone ordering a sandwich or what-not in there, so me thinks the sandwich game is legit.
the owners are pleasant enough. fairly terse. there is one employee here, a cashier (not an owner), who's fairly annoying and surly…haven't seen her in a bit which means she's gone on to greener pastures or a farmhouse fell on her a la the Wicked Witch of the East bc she was that awful. lol
i tend to avoid this place late at night bc of the drunk-os in the neighb who come in here bc they are slow to order and smell like beer farts. you were warned!
outside of that, i like supporting this deli-market. it's a no nonsense place where they stock a variety of packaged eats and try to get you in n out of the store quickly as opposed to lollygagging.

Really good deli with an expansive Seamless delivery range! For under $10 I got an incredibly hefty wrap filled with super fresh, thinly sliced Boars Head cold cuts. The order arrived in half the estimated time and their staff member was extremely courteous. Definitely adding S.K. to my delivery and deli rotation and recommend you do the same!
The other reviews are wrong.
I choose this deli as "my deli" because they make great sandwiches the way you want them and have "real," not fake (thousand island – like every other deli around there)" Russian dressing. The sandwiches are made with care, and they deliver faster than you expect it to be there. Try their grilled sandwich with chicken, avocado, bacon, and russian dressing. You will be impressed and equally satisfied.
