Really good local sandwich shop/deli/Lotto/everything you could need stop, in a community that could sorely use it.
All of their subs are great, although I'd recommend you try some of the hot/toasted ones. Go with whatever has the most meat/cheese/dressing on top. You know you want to!
Notable extras here include fresh delivery from some exceptional bakery that yields great Italian bread (semolina and the extraordinary bread baked with cheese and chunks of ham inside). The bagels here are good, and while not as good as Beach Bagel in Long Beach's West End, they at least don't have a line of drunk/hung over people out the door.
I've no complaints about the service. Always friendly, and to give one example: one night I wanted to make pasta with ricotta sauce, but found that I was out of ricotta (and was really too lazy to drive over the bridge to a proper supermarket). The staff were glad to measure out a small salad cup of it, and while it was a bit expensive, it totally made my night and dinner.
