Why is it that there are hardly any restaurants right across the street from Central Park? Are city planners afraid that the rats will eat through the walls and get to the restaurant or something? (could be)
Hiking through Central Park in steel toed boots after a 12" snow storm wasn't ideal, but I suppose an adventure was still an adventure – hey you gotta eat. Anyhow, back to the review. Fairly good Daily Lunch Specials but why wouldn't you serve a turkey (off an actual turkey) sandwich warm? And why are the bag of chips deflated?
For $3.50 each, this spot makes a spot on sausage, egg, and cheese on a bagel. Consistent and scrumptious.
Clean bodega. Two long aisle full of pretty much everything you'd ever need on the go or last minute. You'll get UWS bodega prices, but that's a-ok.

This is why construction workers brown bag it.
