  1. A GEM in Yonkers.

    I can't recall how many times I've wanted to come here, but never made it inside for one reason or another. Recently I forced myself to come inside and finally try this place already. The only regret I have is not ever coming here sooner.

    I've had breakfast rolls and sandwiches here – both have been excellent. I've taken some of the refrigerated items (garlic bread, pasta) and everything has been very good. They sell Italian bread, bread, oil, cookies, eggs, cheese and the list goes on. Some names I recognize and I know are great quality.

    Clean inside with tables if you want to eat inside. The staff has been very friendly and courteous. The prices are very good.

    For a great sandwich (breakfast or lunch), this is a dependable and reliable place.
