The fries are what get me in the door. The fried chicken and biscuit is what makes me commit to ordering. Although I truly am content with an order of fries from this establishment, their variety of chicken tenders and signature biscuit are delicious. I'm not the biggest fan of their chicken on the bone and too much of this food will result in cardiac arrest, but it's good once in awhile as a greasy treat. This place is Indian run. Service is decent. It's a franchise so it's basically the same everywhere.
I go here ALL of the time. Recently, I've been having many unpleasant experiences. I don't know if the place is under new management or if the staff just doesn't care.
For one, I am always waiting for a long time far more than what I should be, I'm never receiving the correct order and lastly, I was served apple chicken a few weeks ago.
When I got home and took a bite in to the chicken leg I had to spit it back out. I had thrown the receipt out so I couldn't even call to complain. It was a really hot summer day so they must have not prepared or stored the chicken the right way. Whatever it was I haven't eaten there since that mishap and I don't plan on it.
My boyfriend always goes here for a sweet tea and it's always good but I don't get why it takes 15 minutes for him to actually get it. Slow service is one of my pet peeves and for a fast food place I shouldn't be waiting that long for just a drink.
It's Popeyes, guys. We can't really hate the food. I've never had a problem with the food here, nor have they ever taken a long time. They don't really pay much attention to the customers, too busy chatting with each other. Doesn't bother me as long as I get my food. I would never want to sit and eat in there tho. It's not very clean. They need to deep clean that place and stop letting no customers use the bathroom. You'll have homeless men one day to a lady with her baby the next day. But all in all the spicy anything is great oh and their fries are always crispy and fresh. They don't charge you extra for condiments like otherrrrrr places. Popeyes just needs more shrimps in their specials, 6 pieces is not enough .
