This is by far the worst Burger King, the employees here are extremely lazy and could care less about customer service! The only reason why I go to this location is because it's close to home but after today it's time to find a new location.
I decided to order my lunch from this location this afternoon and I received terrible service! I ordered a meal which of course includes a drink. Wait before I forget let me tell you about my burger, I ordered a Whopper Jr with Cheese. The girl who took my order forgot the cheese so she had to charge me an additional $.27. This is what happens when you're not paying attention! Now getting back to my drink, I ordered a fruit punch. The girl returns to the counter without my drink, instead she told me "the fruit punch machine isn't working". Ok fine, I then told her that I would take a Sprite instead. She then told me "that the Sprite machine wasn't working". I asked her if she could use the machines from Popeye's since they share a location but of course she and what I believe to be the manager said "No". They even had the audacity to get annoyed with me when I told them that I didn't want Orange Juice when they offered it to me as an alternative. Instead they gave me a refund of $.50. I walked out annoyed…Never Again!
