If this is the same halal cart I think it is, situated right near Joe's Cafe in the glass building, it houses the best halal lamb I've ever eaten. Crispy, spicy and delicious, especially mixed with the jalapenos and olives they were always creative enough to offer with their platters. As a Columbia student I was a frequent visitor to this cart and always received the warmest, friendliest service here. 53rd and sixth might have the famous white sauce, but this cart has the best lamb over rice!
