Visited BLP at the Riis Park Beach Bazaar, mostly because I had had all the other stands before and because the line was the shortest. A bit disappointed to see what qualified as Bolivian food (they weren't doing their signature salteñas). The main dishes were either sandwiches or a quinoa/kale bowl. Kind of boring. I ended up doing three sliders for $15. I did two of the Triple Pork and one of the Beef Brisket. The pork was definitely the better of the two (mostly because of the cracklins and bacon). The brisket was just kind of… there.
