I was walking through the Court Street Festival when a big sign that read "Pork Bellies" caught my attention. The guy behind the grill was nice. He was selling skewers of pork belly for $5 a stick. Each stick came with about 5 cubes of pork that he drizzled maple syrup over (at your request). I thought it was an interesting detour from the typical Brooklyn street fair food, though a little pricey.
