I did a delivery from here about 10 or so days ago. I ordered the same order twice with one crucial difference….one order was to have the cucumber sauce and one without it. They slathered it all over both rather than just one order. The person who wanted it without the white sauce luckily wasn't too upset and ate it anyway. But I didn't really care for that small mistake. That being said, it's a new business in the neighborhood and chances are they were busy and mistakes happen. I'm planning to order again to give the delivery portion a second chance, but they may just end up being pick up only.
This restaurant is located in an area where there is plenty of competition with Indian food.
I ordered takeout the other night on grubhub and although the delivery was very efficient, I simply was not satisfied with my meal. I ordered the chicken makhni ($9.99), 3 regular naans ($1 each) , chicken kababs (6 pieces=$5), and the special Punjabi kabab ($2). The prices are clearly very reasonable but the quality lacks. Their was barely any chicken in the makhni and all the kababs tasted the same; I honestly could not tell what was so "special". The naan was thin and not fluffy like it should be.
All in all, the food was not bad but I do think they should start acknowledging that they're surrounded by tough competition which should motivate them to step their game up!
