Sushi Nanase

“We had the $100 omakase (chef's course) which included four tastings / Chilean Sea Bass w/Miso / Sushi / Fresh Pear Sorbet w/ginger dessert.”

“It was unquestionably the best sushi place in Westchester and arguably the best in the greater NYC area.”

“All the dishes were exquisite, but I was particularly fond of the truffle and fresh sea scallops.”

  1. You know what the best sign is that you've found an incredible Japanese eatery?  When you walk in and realize you are the only person dining who is *not* Japanese.

This place is hands down, unequivocally, the greatest Japanese restaurant I've ever been to, and the food is mouthwateringly delicious.  It's as authentic as you can get.  There's a Japanese market right next door, too, so you know you're getting the freshest ingredients besides the freshest fish.

I tried this place for the first time 10 years ago when I was in school right outside of White Plains, and since then, I have yet to find Japanese food that rivals this.  I don't think I ever will either.  This place holds such a special place in my heart.  Bravo.
