Great new dakgalbi restaurant on northern blvd. Bright and spacious restaurant, a very welcoming vibe. Decent sized tables and comfortable seating.
The free side dishes are easily one of the best amongst korean restaurants, except for the salad. The kimchi is not only edible but one of the best kimchi's you'll find at a restaurant. Seaweed is mixed with a wasabi vinegrette, unique and amazingly delicious.
The main course of dakgalbi tastes just like any of your other favorite dakgalbi spots. Dish is inherently so sauced up and chicken thigh is chicken thigh, it really is the same anywhere you go. What distinguishes dakgalbi restaurant from another is the ventilation and cleanliness of the restaurant. This restaurant delivers on both. Rice is also the same as elsewhere aka order like 2 orders of rice per person cause you can't get enough.
Actually got some IPAs, to go with the spicy/salty dishes. This should be a thing for all Korean restaurants regardless of what they specialize in.
