“If you aren't in the mood for the delicious Dominican fare, try a juicy burger and fries.”
“The lunch special (my go-to is white rice, pinto beans, and roasted pork) will make you comatose and the rest of your afternoon will be shot #worthit.”
“The baked chicken is also worth 4 stars on its own, and will certainly be a part of my lunchtime rotation down in the Soho/Tribeca area.”

The closest restaurant to my office, took me about two years to finally try it out (not the healthiest option). A basic hole-in-the-wall establishment with the menu displayed above the counter and some seating along the back.
Got the cuban sandwich and fried plantains. The sandwich was big and cheesy, good ingredients, but there was no hot sauce to give it the extra kick. Thankfully I have emergency Sriracha at my desk and was able to use that. As for the plantains, they were overly dry and lacked any real flavor.
An okay place for a quick cheap meal, but not itching to go back.
