  1. Four stars for the category it is in: Latin American food cart with good food. Sometimes she is there, sometimes she is not but when you stop by there is piles of food like corn, pork and Arepa on the cart and bins of salad and rice. They have Humitas, the Ecuadorian version of Tamales. But the main reason I stop by is for their fried pork, it isn't fried to a rock hard dense state but nor is it soft to a break apart with a plastic spoon. You're going to have to bite into the fried pork. I love their Crackling (fried pork rind), it is often crisp to the bite without staleness. There are dishes I don't remember the names to, but when you get there, the cart has pictures by their names. You don't have to order by the plate name, you can pick what you want. I got a platter of of fried pork, crackling, salad and a sausage that I thought was going to be pork but instead it was stuffed with rice, carrots, celery, peas and a starchy root like a yam. With a bit of a spicy orange sauce, it is delicious. It cost me $10. There aren't many of these around so maybe my 4 stars are over zealous but it was good.

  2. This is my all time favorite food truck in Sunnyside. The woman that runs it is this really friendly and sweet lady. My usual is their chicken and corn humitas which are a must try. They are so flavorful. Sometimes I'll try some of their other offerings. The times I've asked to try things, the woman gave me a small sample.
