I've eaten here a few times while at the Livingston mall and can't complain. I always get the same thing. I get the chicken teriyaki with vegetables and white rice.
The vegetables are a mix of cabbage, carrots, onions, and broccoli. If you go during lunchtime there is normally a line so you are watching them make your food from scratch. They do clean the grill in front of you in between cooking. If you are not sure if you would like it they give you samples. There is normally a guy standing in front of the place passing samples out.
I have gotten it with fried rice instead of white rice but honestly you really don't need the fried rice. The veggies and the teriyaki sauce are covering the rice you can barely tell the difference. It's a lot of good for lunch and I sometimes share it with a co worker because I know I won't be able to finish it.
