  1. Nah, these aren't your typical tiny street tacos. These are flour tortillas laden with generous heaps of whatever meat you got. While the flavors weren't out of this world, it was still good. And if you're looking for a quick fix on your taco / burrito cravings, this place will do it right.

We got the carne asada and pastor and the meat wasn't dry but it definitely wasn't super juicy.  Our friend got the chips with guacamole, and the guacamole was on point too!  The taco's size is large though, and as a result, I was fine with two tacos. Great for those of you that want the most bang for your buck!

One more thing for you hot sauce heads: They had the green El Yucateco hot sauce, which was a favorite of mine at an old taco joint back in California, so props for that!

  2. If anyone ever asked me what's the best thing I've ever ate, the answer would be simple. Grilled Chicken Torta.  Foodgasmic, its the most delicious, sandwich that I ever had. Thank you. You gotta big fat fan here!

  3. Pretty good tacos! I have gotten the portabella mushroom tacos and the quesadillas here and both are pretty good! Nothing too fancy but they hit the spot. They're guacamole is really delicious! The rice and beans tend to be a little dry but are pretty good. I wish you could choose brown rice. My friend got the fish tacos and she loved them. This is a great spot to order from. Delivery is usually pretty fast. Prices are very reasonable.

I have been to the Park Slope location and it was unbelievably delicious.  This new location was good but not at the same level. The place is cool looking. The wait staff was friendly. There is enough seating for a dozen people. I ordered three Tacos: Al Pastor, Carne Asada, and Chorizo. The food took a little bit but not too bad.  The Al Pastor was tasty, but the meat lacked in a deep nuanced flavor.  The Carne Asada was again cooked well but again didn't strike my tongue with anything special. The chorizo was crumbly, quasi cold, and not very appetizing.  Its weird that all three of my tacos had the same lettuce and bland green salsa.  I think I will just go back to the other location.

  5. Had a couple of tacos–fish and al pastor. Both were pretty good and service was quick. Cashiers were super nice and they accept cards. Not as good as Burrito Deli, but hey, it's in my neighborhood and is a billion times better than the now-defunct OMG Taco.

I'd go back, definitely. Give me some of that sweet, sweet taco action.

  6. I usually go to the Fatty Daddy's on 9th street, but I was having a  bar crawl with some friends and we were in this area and I know that this place never disappoints.  It's the perfect spot for good, fast mexican food, priced well with great service.  I got the chips and guac for the first time, and they were AWESOME. The chips were crispy and salty, just how I like them.  It's a good thing this place is a little bit of a walk from me, or else I'd be here every single day.

  7. I love pretty much everything in the menu. This the second fatty daddy taco location to open in Brooklyn. The original is in park slope and I  can tell you this place will not disappoint.
These folks bring that California Mexican style to New York  with incredible taste and heat to make you come back for more. I'm a huge fan of the fish tacos and the chicken burrito.
