This is my go to cart on THIS side of Astoria. Souvlaki lady will always hold my heart, but now I live over here and this guy is a close second. The meat has a crisp to it in the right places, sauces are on point – cheap and quick. What else can you ask for? I'm a bit picky when it comes to my meat on a stick (ha) but this guy has never failed me. Drunk, sober, hung over or just plain hungry.
Dang, late night snack. Beef souvlaki. Pita. Those sauces are really good. Wish it was more. For 4 bucks. It's amazinggggggggg.
Was drunk off my ass, but still managed to be offended that a perfectly nice chicken kebab had generic sysco barbecue sauce all over it… and this also cost me $6. Would have rather had halal cart.
