We ordered take out from this restaurant last week and I was very impressed. The Greek salad with falafel was simple but delicious. I really enjoyed the dressing and the fact that they give it on the side. I will definitely be reordering!
Whenever there's a special occasion at the office, we usually get lunch catered from here – and it's always been good. Unfortunately, I decided to stop in one day last week with my boyfriend for gyros. Definitely not the same quality meat. The lamb is dry, tough to chew, and cut in impractically large pieces. The chicken looks like processed deli meat and tastes pretty bland. No thank you.
An old reliable standby in downtown Mineola. Nothing much to say about the decor or the counter set up. However the Greek salads are decent, a small with a protein makes for a filling lunch. Mine with crunchy flavorful falafel and tzatziki no tahini, loads of crumbled feta, and as always and forever a single dolma and one pepperoncini, 2 olives was serviceable. Waitstaff friendly and efficient.
