  1. It's pretty obvious that this 4.5 star overall rating is a sham. Most of them are clearly fake accounts used to increase the SEO. To ensure that you don't get duped into coming here, I've provided a list of reasons why you should avoid this place at all costs:

    1. What is service? Doesn't exist here. I waited an entire hour before my appetizer was brought out with my meal. The server is also the hostess so she had very little time to communicate with me. I was hoping she might be able to explain the menu, which oh so conveniently leaves out pertinent details of the dishes. Or at least, give me some reassurance that my food would be out before the world ends?

    2. The food is literally such a joke. I ordered the octopus and potatoes; and when I say it is by far the worst meal I had all month, I'm not lying. The dish was disgustingly oily. I would have liked the wasabi okra more had it come out in a timely fashion seeing as how it is not a cooked dish. Literally just okra covered in wasabi soy sauce.

The interior is nice though so thank the design team for leading so many people astray and into this disastrous place.

  2. Beautiful, elegant atmosphere and very friendly, professional service! I am impressed that they print out a new menu each day and update their Facebook and Instagram accounts with pictures of the menu, food photos, updates, etc.

The management is on point with their business and I wish more people knew about this gem Japanese & European restaurant in Bedford Stuyvesant!

The food was delicious (both take out and dine in). Though, I have noticed they like to garnish dishes with many green peppers, which we end up leaving behind. I recommend the hanger steak, duck, Yakitori-don, uni bombs and the ginger drinks. They were all so delicious! We saw photos on their social media accounts of past dishes and drooled over the seafood and sashimi platters.

We hope to try more items on the menu when we visit next time!
