Two of my friends treated me to a dinner at BKW as a farewell to my moving out of NYC. So happy they did! I have visited Brooklyn Winery many times and always enjoyed the experience there, but often headed elsewhere for a meal after enjoying their wines. BKW combines the delicious wines of Brooklyn Winery with delicious food. It's not an inexpensive dinner for sure, but the quality seemed worth the prices and service was great (although food was slow, but that's more likely due to us coming their first week of being open!). We each started with a wine flight (you can pick three from the menu for $16), and then enjoyed the cheese plate which was fantastic! I had the chicken for my entree which was large, flavorful, and filling. My friends enjoyed their veggie goulash and salad as well so all were satisfied!
The decor here gives a totally different vibe than what you get at the winery. It's beautiful in its own right and gives you a cool ambiance as well. Would highly recommend fans of Brooklyn Winery (or fans of delicious food!!) check this place out!
