This place is new to the neighborhood and I was excited to try it. I ordered 2 soft shell shrimp tacos and chips with guacamole. By the time I arrived home (10 minutes after I collected my order) and settled in (another 10 minutes) I opened my bag to chow down.
The tacos looked good and they also tasted good. My only complaint is that the shells were too soft causing the taco to fall apart when I picked it up.
The guacamole was good also but it shouldn't have costed $6.25 – the container was small.
915 Cortelyou Road has been home to many short-lived culinary operations. It's previous tenant, a fried chicken joint, failed after a short, greasy run. It was an awful restaurant so I was excited to see a taqueria take its place (after the spot was vacant for almost about a year). But after ordering pickup this afternoon I'm a lot less excited. The veggie burrito was flavorless and didn't come with any sauce. I was very happy with the flavor of my pulled pork burrito but one or two bites were all pork fat. Not cool. And at $9 each it was not much food. The restaurant space itself is clean and has limited seating. The staff are friendly and service is quick. Their menu says they deliver bit since they just opened it may take sometime before that comes to fruition. I may give this place another shot but not until they settle in and work out the kinks. I'm rooting for them!

All in all I will try this place again.
