Totally average place. That doesn't mean it isn't good. I go in for lunch on occasion, which is great and cheap. $5 gets you a nice plate of food. Pick a meat and you'll get some excellently made rice to fill the foil.
They have a bar and some OK happy hour deals if you want a cervesa. Totally worth it, if you're in the hood.
