Actually very tasty tortillas. The pinto bean & cheese and the Tex-Mex Chili tortillas were among the better fast-food Mex I've had. Affordable and yummy! For this alone I would have given New Taco Express 4 stars, but… Unfortunately, the deliveryman rings the doorbell repeatedly without giving us time to come to the door. Not only is this obnoxious, but it is extremely disruptive. This is a place of business and that kind of rudeness cannot fly. I tried to tell him to ring only once next time and to wait for us to come to the door, but he didn't seem to understand English because he was completely unresponsive. It will probably keep me from ordering from here often if at all. They lose a star for this.
