I tried out Witchcraft for breakfast while visiting Chelsea Piers to prepare for my YACHT-WEDDING(!!). Anyway, I ordered the mushroom frittata with goat cheese and pesto on ciabatta. I got it to go, but presentation was still nice and the sandwich was good. The servers were friendly – I'm not sure who the prior upset reviewers interacted with, but I had no problems with staff.
My mom just got a little black tea, but it was fancier than average (not crappy tea – fancy tea brand). The prices were standard for NY – the sandwich was ~$8.
The restaurant itself is on the pier with a cool view of the boats/yachts that are parked there. It was quiet and spacious and seems like a nice place to sit and eat/drink in the morning. If I'm at Chelsea Piers again, I'll be back.

Salads are not fresh, they do not have healthy food options, it's not vegetarian friendly and the service is horrible.
