For a place that's wholeheartedly dedicated to soups, all I see and taste are mediocre soups. Besides their creamy soups, that are flavored with Heavy Cream, most of them are bland. The Chicken Noodle tastes worse than Canned Campbell's Soup. AND, to top it off, the prices and portions are appalling. Even the 1/2 soup 1/2 sandwich combo runs $11 or more. Don't even get me started on their sandwiches..
And what a terrible misleading name. Go ask your grandma what "hale and hearty" meant back in the day. Take her here. She would throw up, then raise her hands in the air and say, "what is America coming to"
