Just opened spot in the popular Tex Mex by Chinese folks genre that seems to be popular. About as basic as any of these places. Had the Chicken Enchiladas which were not really Enchiladas because they dd not have the Enchilada sauce. Just some chicken wrapped in a tortilla with cheese on top. Chicken was ok but I got a bit of gristle so need to do better there. Rice and black beans were ok, nothing special. Cheap lunch so thats something bu lets be honest this is not Mexican.
