  1. I can't wait to come back!

And I that's why I've kept coming back! This place bumps I mean the lines get pretty long, and it's no wonder cause the food hits the spot. The staff is pretty organized, quick, and courteous tho so the line moves along fairy quickly.

You have the basics to choose from like 4 cheese nachos, burrito, quesadilla, and other options. Once u decide on your foundation you make your own creation and you can add any topping of your like. What was the hardest for me was that I wanted all the toppings cause everything matched my burrito! I ended getting the fattest burrito, it looked like a football wearing a corset, but the server made it work and no goodness was sacrificed. She said don't worry we can add another tortilla if necessary lol!! Oh man that's an XXL burrito! I couldn't finish it, I ate half and ate the other half the next morning. No taste was lost, it was still super yummy!

I advice u to add a side of queso mole, it's nacho cheese and guac mixed with a side of chips. You're welcome 🙂

  2. This was my first time at a Qdoba being a strong lover of Chipotle.

When we got on the line, I did not see tacos on the regular menu to customize so I opted for the burrito bowl instead. I was disappointed that the menu above the employees did not have the full list of what was actually available to customize your order with.

Being as it was my first time, I was going through adding to my hearts desire. However, the employee kept replying with, "That's it?" By stating, "That's it?" made me feel like I was adding maybe too much to my order. I feel other establishments similar reply with, "Anything else?" Little wording like that can make all the difference.

Also, sadly, the selection looked depleted as well as messy as many of the ingredients had fallen into the other bins near them. The employees here at this chain did not seem to care about making sure the stations looked orderly.

The tables also in this chain were messy by previous patrons. This chain should consider having someone specifically for cleaning the table tops. In addition, the music was louder than necessary in here.

One saving grace for sure was the amazing create your own Coca-Cola machine. And they had Dr Pepper Cherry Vanilla. Yum.

The food also was very good in the end. There was definitely a lot of it and took home the rest to finish.

  3. Well, hello! In a cafeteria-style, Qdoba offers quick, custom entrees like burritos, gumbo, tacos, nachos, and quesadillas with your choice of protein- my faves are the Pulled Pork and Grilled Steak- then they dress it up to your liking with fresh toppings like corn, black beans, tomatoes, sour cream, shredded cheese, salsa, and guac for the same price which may differ per location.

A couple of months ago, I would have given this place 2 stars mostly due to unmotivated service, but when I visited yesterday, the seemingly all-new staff treated customers quickly and attentively. Even the "grilled steak" seemed revamped- juicy, tender, and mildly spicy, where it was sometimes tough and lacking flavor before.

Then, when an employee wrapped my fat-ass burrito a little too tightly and broke the tortilla wrap, he didn't try to hide it. He asked if I wanted it re-wrapped or double wrapped and gave me a buy-one-get-one-free coupon of anything on the menu of equal or lesser value. Also, bins of ingredients were constantly being replaced with fresher/newer and fuller ones. With their change-up in service and quality, I'm happier to come here.

  4. This is your standard Qdoba; the service was very good and the location was very spacious.  I didn't leave feeling like I stunk because it was a large site and very clean.  The food was of standard Qdoba fair and I would have no issue going back.  This is a chain if you didn't know that so expect to get what you get at all of the others in terms of quality.
